Several people have been arrested after six robberies of Circle K convenience stores.

Phoenix police say between the hours of 9 p.m. Monday and 5 a.m. Tuesday, several suspects committed strong-armed robberies at Circle K stores in Phoenix and Glendale.

Five Phoenix stores and one Glendale store were targeted by one suspect who would enter the store, jump the counter and demand cash from the clerk's register. A woman also went behind the counter and stole cigarettes and lottery tickets. Two other men were also present during some of the incidents.

Officers conducted a traffic stop on the suspects who were seen in a grey Chrysler 300 around 5:15 a.m. Tuesday near 9th Street and Grovers Avenue.

Six people in the vehicle were arrested, including four juveniles. Police booked 18-year-old Jason Hobbs and 20-year-old Chelsea Crespo into jail, each for five counts of aggravated robbery.

Two 17-year-old boys, a 14-year-old boy and a 14-year-old girl were referred to the Maricopa County Juvenile Correctional Center.
