PHOENIX - Authorities are investigating after a man was struck while attempting to cross the street early Saturday in Phoenix.
Phoenix police said a man was attempting to cross the street outside of the crosswalk near 23rd Avenue and Northern around 1:15 a.m. when he was apparently struck by a vehicle.
The motorist fled the scene and authorities do not have any suspects in custody. The victim's condition is not known.
No other details were released.
