PHOENIX - Police are investigating after a man was shot and killed at a mobile home park in Phoenix Sunday afternoon.
Phoenix police spokesman Sgt. Trent Crump said the shooting happened around 3:30 p.m. near 13th Street and Bell Road.
Crump said the incident started when the victim got into a fight with two people at the park.
Police said several shots were fired and the victim was shot at least once. Authorities say he was transported to a local hospital where he later died in surgery.
Officials said witnesses told police they saw two black males leaving the scene in a dark colored vehicle.
The first suspect is described as a black male, 20-25 years old, 6 feet tall, 150-160 pounds, wearing a black jacket and a white du-rag.
The second suspect, who was driving the getaway vehicle, is described as a black male, 20-25 years old.
The suspect's vehicle is described as a black colored SUV, possibly a Ford Explorer, last seen fleeing westbound on Bell Road.
The shooting victim has not been identified at this time.
