Officials are investigating a homicide at a Phoenix motel.
The incident happened Tuesday morning near Interstate 17 and 7th Street.
According to police, a security guard heard shots fired and called police. Officers arrived on the scene and found a man dead inside a room.
Police are treating the scene a homicide. No other information is known.
