PHOENIX - One person is in the hospital and another is under arrest after Phoenix say a family dispute ended in gunfire overnight.
Authorities first learned of the shooting after stopping a car that ran through a red light near Central Avenue and Broadway around midnight in Phoenix.
Officials noticed that the car had multiple bullet holes in the front windshield, as well as a passenger suffering from gunshot wounds.
The victim was transported to a local hospital in unknown condition.
Witnesses reportedly told police that the shooting happened between family members at a party nearby.
Authorities have a person in custody. Police said the person is a family member, however, did not release the person's name.
No other details were released.
