PHOENIX - Authorities say Interstate 10 is back open after a messy crash early Wednesday morning in central Phoenix.
The Arizona Department of Public Safety said the crash happened around 12:45 a.m. at the State Route 51 mini-stack.
DPS Officer Carrick Cook said a semi-truck carrying coffee creamer rolled over on the westbound freeway lanes and fuel began to leak onto the roadway causing extensive damage.
The driver of the semi suffered minor injuries.
There was a lengthy delay in cleaning up the mess, which affected traffic into early Wednesday afternoon.
