PHOENIX - The landlord of the Phoenix Goddess Temple that was raided earlier this month seems to have terminated their lease agreement.
ABC15 received an email from the Phoenix Goddess Temple, accused of maintaining a house of prostitution, that they were planning to resume services Sunday, but that may not be the case anymore.
It would have been the first time since police raided the property earlier this month.
When ABC15 showed up Sunday, there were signs posted on every door from the landlord's attorney.
The notices read that the landlord has ended the church's lease agreement because of violations by the tenants.
The temple, located near 24th Street and Thomas Road, was reportedly founded in 2008.
More than 30 people are charged for performing sexual acts for cash.
