PHOENIX - A Phoenix man accused of using a computer to share child pornography has been sentenced to one year in jail and lifetime probation with sex offender terms.
Maricopa County prosecutors say 24-year-old Jeffrey Eberlein was sentenced Friday.
They say he earlier had pleaded guilty to three counts of attempted sexual exploitation of a minor.
Eberlein was arrested in February 2011 and booked him into jail on 10 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor.
Phoenix police say they discovered Eberlein was utilizing a file sharing program containing images of young children being sexually abused.
Investigators say they recovered numerous child porn images from inside Eberlein's home and his previous occupation allowed him access to many young children.
