Fire breaks out at Phoenix apartment complex Thursday morning

PHOENIX - A fire broke out at an apartment complex Thursday morning in Phoenix.

The fire started just before 6:00 a.m. at 24th Avenue and Campbell Street.

Larry Nunez with Phoenix fire said the blaze was isolated to one apartment unit.

Air15 showed residents in the complex standing outside as firefighters handled the scene.

There have been no reported injuries. Officials are unsure if the apartment was occupied at the time of the fire.

There is no word on what sparked the fire at this time.
