PHOENIX - People lined the streets of downtown Phoenix to pay their respects to the 19 hotshots killed last Sunday in the Yarnell Hill Fire.
After spending a week at the Medical Examiner's Office, the hotshots headed home for a final farewell.
Law enforcement, a color guard, and fellow firefighters were all part of the procession.
Crowds lining the streets held their hands over their hearts, waved flags, cried and applauded as the procession of hearses passed by.
More people stood on freeway overpasses to salute the men as they passed by.
A memorial for the crew will be held Tuesday at Tim's Toyota Center in Prescott Valley starting at 11 a.m.
