PHOENIX - A teacher at a Phoenix high school accused of having sexual contact with two former students on campus last year has pleaded not guilty.
Maricopa County prosecutors say 41-year-old Carlos Pineda Borja entered his plea Monday at his arraignment. His next scheduled court date is March 27.
Phoenix police say Borja was still teaching at Morris K. Udall School at the time of his arrest.
They say he allegedly engaged in sexual conduct with two former students on campus during school hours during the 2012-2013 school year.
The ages of two girls haven't been disclosed.
