GLENDALE, AZ - The game won't be played until February 1st, 2015 but some local residents are already trying to make money off of Super Bowl 49.
Valley realtor Chris Karas says he's already gotten several calls about rental homes.
"Executives, C.E.O's, celebrities, athletes a lot of them are looking for a place to stay when they come down for the game and these places are going fast," said Karas.
One home already on the market is a 7,900 square foot house in Paradise Valley.
The home has 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, a pool, a putting green, a TV projector screen, and pool table. Many smaller homes are also being rented out though.
"I have some one and two bedroom places as well as homes that are renting out for as much as $250,000 a week.
Many of the rentals are being posted on special websites like www.eventhomes.com where interested shoppers can find homes based on specific events.
