$1,000 reward for Phoenix robbery suspect

PHOENIX - Silent Witness is offering a $1,000 reward to anyone who has information leading to the arrest of a man responsible for robbing Valley pharmacies.

Police spokesman Darren Burch said the suspect has robbed five grocery store pharmacies in the past three months.

Burch said the suspect walks directly to the counter, displays a handgun, demands Oxycodone and walks out of the store with the pills.

Police said all pharmacy employees have complied with the suspect's demands and no one has been injured.

According to police, the suspect always takes off on foot and no getaway car has been seen.

The suspect is described as a white male, 25-30 years old, 5 feet 9 inches to 6 feet tall, and wearing a dark blue pullover hoodie, black sunglasses and blue jeans.
