US Marshals Service tracks Washington armed robber Jennifer Marie Brady to northern Arizona

COTTONWOOD, AZ - The U.S. Marshals Service has tracked an armed robber from Washington state to Northern Arizona where she was arrested.

U.S. Marshals officials said in a news release that on January 8 in Port Angeles, Washington, Jennifer Marie Brady allegedly lured an acquaintance into a hotel room where she and her accomplices robbed him and took his vehicle.

Officials said Brady was arrested and was released on bond.

According to officials, Brady did not show up at her court appearance and authorities began searching for her.

The Clallam County Sheriff's Office in Washington sought the help of U.S. Marshals in finding Brady.

Authorities learned that Brady told someone she knew that she was heading "south" and that she could not "go to jail."

According to the news release, authorities learned that Brady had traveled to Arizona and had stayed at a resort in Sedona.

Officials said Brady was arrested at a motel in Cottonwood.
