Yarnell Hill Fire: Volunteers help in cleanup effort

Volunteers are sifting through the ashes, looking for remains that survived the devastating fire in the town of Yarnell.

These are neighbors from around Arizona, people like Karen Scales of Globe and Charlie Koon of Prescott. They came together through Samaritan's Purse, a non-denominational evangelical Christian organization providing emergency disaster relief for those who've lost their valuables and possessions.

Photojournalist Gerard Watson spent time with the volunteers as they collected the debris and ashes that will help homeowners begin the process of reconstruction.
