PRESCOTT VALLEY - A 46-year-old man faces several charges, including attempted negligent homicide, after he allegedly struck a woman with his vehicle after leaving a Prescott Valley bar Friday night.
Prescott Valley police said Robert William Hall left the Jackass Bar near Valley and Robert Roads Friday around 10:25 p.m. in a 1989 Toyota 4Runner after some sort of an altercation.
Witness accounts indicated that Hall may have accelerated his vehicle towards a group of people standing near the shoulder of the roadway striking a 45-year-old female. Hall then quickly fled the scene, according to police.
The victim was transported to Flagstaff Medical Center in serious, but stable condition.
Hall was located at his residence, but would not answer investigators' questions. He was booked into the Yavapai County Jail on multiple felony counts, including one count of attempted negligent homicide, three counts of endangerment and one count of aggravated assault.
His roommate, a 64-year-old female, was arrested and booked for hindering prosecution after she refused to cooperate with authorities, said police.
