PRESCOTT VALLEY, AZ - It's a unique way to gear up for the upcoming hockey season.
The Arizona Sundogs hockey team in Prescott Valley is trying to fill up their stadium.
"We have a good season ahead," said Sundogs Team Captain Jason Morgan.
The Sundogs management team decided they would hold themselves hostage on a scissor lift until they sold 300 season tickets.
"It's been an adventure," said Sundogs owner Brad Fain.
The group started on Sunday. They have spent 24-hours on the scissor lift. They've only left to use the bathroom.
The campaign has been successful; as of Thursday night they only have 17 more tickets to go.
