Victims of Paulden plane crash tentatively identified

PAULDEN, AZ - Authorities say they have tentatively identified four people killed in a plane crash near Paulden, Arizona on Friday.

The Yavapai County Sheriff's Office says James Parrish, 57, from Terrell, Texas is the documented owner of the Cessna 340 that crashed on Gunsite Ranch.

Authorities say Parrish's wife Lisa, 54, was also on the plane.

Also killed were 65-year-old Mike Hughes with homes in Paulden, Arizona and Aurora, Colorado and his wife Joy Hughes, 63.

Late this afternoon the on-scene investigation was completed and the area has been cleared, according to sheriff's spokesman Dwight D'Evelyn.

The plane had left Bullhead City and was headed to Prescott when it may have struck a radio tower on the property before it crashed.

The FAA and NTSB are investigating.
