PINE, AZ - A single-engine airplane made a hard landing in northern Arizona Saturday morning.
Ian Gregor, spokesperson for FAA Pacific Division, said the plane made a hard landing around 10 a.m. near the Red Creek landing strip in Pine, Ariz.
Two people were onboard at the time of the crash, but were not injured. DPS flew a helicopter and transported the two victims to the Bartlett Lake Aid Station. Both parties refused medical treatment.
The Federal Aviation Administration was advised of the incident and National Transportation Safety Board has been contacted.
