Escaped inmate Wade Cole Dickinson now classified as fugitive; $5000 reward offered for arrest

CAMP VERDE, AZ - An inmate that escaped from a facility near Camp Verde is now classified as a fugitive and Silent Witness is offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to his arrest.

Wade Cole Dickinson, 28, escaped from the Camp Verde Detention Center on Saturday afternoon and was seen attempting to steal a vehicle from a business in front of the jail.

He then ran across Highway 260 and east near Old Highway 279 where witnesses lost sight of him, according to Silent Witness.

He was reportedly seen again around 11 p.m. on Middle Verde Road near Interstate 17.

Yavapai officials searched the area but could not find any sign of Dickinson.

Anyone with information is asked to call Silent Witness or 911.

He may still be in the Camp Verde area, as he is said to have acquaintances in the area.

If you happen to see Dickinson, do not approach him, but alert authorities.

Dickinson was originally booked on charges including theft, fraud and drugs.
