A 57-year-old Kingman woman could be sentenced to up to 12 1/2 years in prison after pleading guilty in the theft of more than $50,000 of her dead boyfriend's Social Security benefits over a four-year period.

Mary Elizabeth Killen told sheriff's detectives where William Felder's body was buried following his death in 2010.

Judge Steven Conn will sentence Killen on June 10. She pleaded guilty Friday.

Felder's body was found March 3 in the backyard of Killen's home.

Chief Deputy County Attorney Jace Zack said authorities are waiting for toxicology test results to determine whether Killen should be charged in the death.

Under an agreement with prosecutors, three of four theft counts against Killen were dismissed and she won't be charged with crimes related to the abandonment of Felder's body.
