Authorities say a suspect was under the influence of several substances when he was fatally shot by Flagstaff police.

The Arizona Daily Sun reports that toxicology reports that the Coconino County Medical Examiner's Office released toxicology reports for 32-year-old Donald S. Myers on Friday.

According to the findings, Myers had methamphetamine, opiates, marijuana and alcohol in his system.

Police say an officer went to a hotel July 13 after a 911 hang-up call and interrupted a drug deal.

Myers allegedly pulled out a gun and fled.

He was found hiding behind a vehicle. Police say he disobeyed several commands to come out.

An officer shot Myers, saying he was reaching for something in his waist.

An investigation into the officers' conduct is still ongoing.
