FLAGSTAFF, AZ - A nasty wreck sent a Flagstaff police officer to the hospital Tuesday morning.
Bart Graves, media relations for Department of Public Safety, said a police officer's patrol vehicle was T-boned near US 60 at Country Club near Flagstaff, Ariz.
Authorities said the officer made a left turn at an intersection and was struck by a vehicle which failed to yield.
The officer and other driver received minor injuries and were taken to a nearby hospital for further evaluation.
Officials said the driver that failed to yield will most likely be cited for the accident.
