Four people, including two family members, have been indicted in a 6-year-old Arizona boy’s 2015 death, according to the Coconino County Sheriff’s Office.

Officials said the child, Jason Hester, was found unresponsive in his home last year. He later died at Flagstaff Medical Center.

Detectives said the boy’s body showed signs of neglect, and that he weighed only 29 pounds at the time of his death. The autopsy also revealed signs of dehydration, multiple bruises and abrasions.

His aunt and primary caretaker, 37-year-old Lillian Hester, was indicted last week on first-degree murder and child abuse charges.

The boy’s grandmother, 64-year-old Lenda Hester, was indicted on negligent homicide and child abuse charges.

Lenda and Lillian’s live-in boyfriends, 61-year-old Kimmy Wilson and 36-year-old Jason Conlee, were also indicted on negligent homicide and child abuse charges.
