3 wanted for questioning in deadly fight in Flagstaff

FLAGSTAFF, AZ - Authorities are looking for three men after a gang-related fight that ended with one person dead.

Flagstaff police say the fight was a result of east side and west side gangs retaliating against each other for a prior incident.

The fight took place near Eldon Street and Butler Avenue early Sunday morning.

Police were called around 3 a.m. to the Flagstaff Medical Center where several people were being treated for stab wounds.

One victim, 23-year-old Juan Hernandez, later died, according to police.

Two more victims are being treated at the hospital and expected to recover from their injuries, police say.

Police are now searching for three persons of interest named as Michael Vallejos, Jeremiah Barlow and Norberto Ramos-Madrid.

The investigation is continuing and police ask anyone with information about this crime to contact the Flagstaff Police Department at 928-774-1414 or Silent Witness at 928-774-6111.

There is a reward of up to $2,000 for leads which lead to the prosecution of the suspects.
