Nanette Hubbell and her green thumb have been fixtures in the Scottsdale Unified School District for 25 years.
But would you believe us if we told you this unassuming grandmother has something in common with Beyonce?
"When she was dancing with Beyonce, I did get to go to a concert and see her dance and...Oh my gosh! It's just pure joy!" Hubbell explained.
You know what else is pure joy? Try having Heather Morris, a contestant on this season's Dancing With the Stars, as your daughter-in-law!
That's right -- Morris is married to Hubbell's son, Taylor, and is now mom to Hubbell's two grandkids.
"She FaceTimed me the other day. She was in the sandbox and Owen was right across from her and she was just spending time with them."
In her classroom at Copper Ridge Elementary, Hubbell even has a display called "Heather Central" with trivia and the phone number to call and vote for her daughter-in-law.
"I know she's going to do great!" she explains. "And I want the rest of the country to see."
