SCOTTSDALE, AZ - Authorities say a man has died after he was shot by police at a Scottsdale condominium complex on Sunday.
Scottsdale police Officer David Pubins said the 35-year-old suspect was arguing with a family member inside the condo and fired a shot inside the unit. He then fired multiple times outside the unit.
Pubins said when the suspect saw officers at the scene he pointed his weapon at them and several officers fired their weapons, striking the suspect.
The man was taken to a Scottsdale hospital where he died.
Pubins said no officers or civilians were injured during the incident.
Police did not release the name of the suspect.
