Scottsdale police looking for 19-year-old 'Selina' Gonzales, missing since Friday

SCOTTSDALE, AZ - Scottsdale police are asking for the public's help to locate a woman missing since last Friday.

Nineteen-year-old Genevieve Selina Gonzales as last seen at a medical plaza at 9377 E. Bell Road between 2 and 3 p.m. where she was with her boyfriend and his mother.

Police say they were told that the missing woman, who goes by "Selina," stepped outside to smoke a cigarette while waiting for a taxi and hasn't been seen since.

She did not have any money or her cell phone and does not know anyone in Phoenix, according to police.

She was last seen wearing blue jeans and a black hoodie.

Police say her family is in New Mexico and Colorado and have not heard from Selina since March 4.

She currently does not have a job.

Selina is described as Hispanic, 5 feet 2 inches tall, 140 pounds, with long brown hair and brown eyes.

Anyone who sees or knows the whereabouts of Selina is asked to call Scottsdale police.
