Scottsdale police say 91-year-old David Nelly has been found and is in good health

SCOTTDALE, AZ - Scottsdale police say an elderly man who went missing Saturday morning has been found.

Sgt. Mark Clark said 91-year-old David Nelly was last seen near Miller and Osborn roads.

Clark said Nelly has dementia and gets lost easily. 

Police said around 8 a.m., Nelly left his house to walk to the OLPH church on Miller Road.

Nelly was found by a patrol officer and has been reunited with his family. He was apparently walking near his home when he was found.

Police say they don't know where Nelly was all day, but say he is in good health.
