Police: Man arrested in Scottsdale barricade at vacant dealership

SCOTTSDALE, AZ - Scottsdale police say a man has been taken into custody after barricading himself inside a vacant dealership Thursday.

Officer David Pubins, spokesman for the Scottsdale Police Department, said the man broke into a dealership near 66th Street and McDowell and wouldn't come out.

He said the man was taken into custody after a "brief struggle." Officers searched the building for additional suspects, although they believed the man was the only one inside.

Pubins said the man will face burglary, among other charges. No other details were released.
