SCOTTSDALE, AZ - The Fiesta Bowl Board of Directors has added four new members to join the volunteer board that directs the nonprofit Fiesta Bowl organization.
The new members are Ray Artigue, President of The Artigue Agency, Gonzalo de la Melena Jr, President/Executive Director of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, James R. Hatfield, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Pinnacle West and Bob Whitehouse, Vice Commander, U.S. Air Force Reserve at Luke Air Force Base.
“We welcome this strong slate of new board members to the Fiesta Bowl organization,” Board Chairman Brian Hall said. “Their diverse talents will help the Fiesta Bowl at a critical time in our history, as we enter the new era in postseason college football.”
The Fiesta Bowl organization is comprised of four nonprofit corporations and annually hosts the Tostitos Fiesta Bowl and the Buffalo Wild Wings Bowl.
“Each new board member is committed to maintaining the highest level of public trust in the Fiesta Bowl,” Hall said.
The Tostito's Fiesta Bowl was selected to the College Football Playoff that begins in the 2014-15 season.
