Baby bobcat rescued at a north Scottsdale resort

SCOTTSDALE, AZ - A baby bobcat found trapped in a wall at a north Scottsdale resort has been rescued.

Officials at The Boulders Resort say staff started hearing strange noises about noon Thursday.

They first thought it was a bird. Then an engineer opened up the wall and found the bobcat crying at the top of its lungs.

Resort officials say they have no idea how the bobcat got in the wall.

The Southwest Wildlife Conservation Center is taking care of him.

After he's bottle-fed, they want him to be raised just like a wild bobcat so he can go back into the wild.

Center officials say there are two other bobcat babies at the rescue facility he can grow up with.
