30 firefighters battle blaze at north Scottsdale home

SCOTTSDALE, AZ - Approximately 30 firefighters worked to put out a fire that sparked in a home in north Scottsdale early Tuesday morning.

A Scottsdale fire official said crews from Scottsdale, Phoenix and Rural/Metro Fire Department fought the blaze from outside the home in a defensive strategy.

The home, near 149th Street and Dixileta, was occupied but everyone got out OK, officials said.
