SCOTTSDALE, AZ - A 2-year-old girl was taken to the hospital Tuesday after she was found face down in a Scottsdale hotel pool.
Firefighters responded to the Hyatt Regency near Scottsdale and Doubletree Ranch roads around noon for a call of a near drowning.
Spokesman Dan Folio with the city of Scottsdale told ABC15 the pool was crowded when the girl's father noticed one of his children was face down in the Sandy Beach pool area.
Folio said the girl was lethargic at first but later began crying.
She's one of triplet 2-year-old girls, and the family was visiting from Washington state, Folio said.
The child was taken to Phoenix Children's Hospital in stable condition.
