Maricopa County Sheriff's Office is looking for two armed robbery suspects out of Anthem

The Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help in identifying suspects involved in two armed robberies.

MCSO says the first robbery took place on Wednesday, August 31 at a Papa Murphy’s Take ‘n’ Bake Pizza near Anthem Way and Gavilan Peak Parkway in Anthem. According to MCSO, the suspect robbed employees at gunpoint.

The second robbery occurred the following evening, September 1, at Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Anthem near Gavilan Peak Parkway and Daisy Mountain Drive.

MCSO has information to believe the two robberies are connected. They also believe a dark charcoal grey or black compact four-door sedan may be involved.

The first suspect is described as a white male, very thin build, and approximately 5 feet, 10 inches in height.

The second suspect is described as a dark-complexioned African-American or Indian male with a very thin build, between 5 feet, 9 inches and 6 feet tall.  A sketch of this suspect has been included above.
