Yuma police seeking suspects in shooting

YUMA, AZ - Police are looking for two suspects in the Wednesday shooting of a 36-year-old woman in Yuma.

Around 10:30 p.m., Yuma police received a report of shots fired near the 600 block of East 25th Street, according to a press release.

Officers found a 36-year-old woman on the scene with a gunshot wound, and she was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment. Her name and current status have not been released.

 The suspects fled the scene before officers arrived. Yuma police are actively searching for two people, 40-year-old Misty Ann Martinez and 32-year-old Miguel "Capone" Rodriguez.
