SAN LUIS, AZ - While attempting to enter the United States through the Port of San Luis, a young woman unexpectedly went into labor.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers with paramedic training helped the 20-year-old U.S. citizen, who was traveling with her siblings, until EMS personnel arrived.
