WICKENBURG, AZ - Monsoon weather hit hard northwest of the Valley Monday night.
Jessica Schultheis, her baby and two small children had to be rescued from their home near Jack Burden Road because the water was simply too much.
"The water started coming over our back wall and flooding our backyard and coming in through the floor. Then we just sat on our bed and waited for someone to show up," said Schultheis.
Officials said there was another water rescue around the same time on the same road.
Authorities say there were no mandatory evacuations.
