A Tucson-area man charged with killing his stepdaughter is also accused of photographing her without her permission.
Josh Lelevier of Vail pleaded not guilty Friday to charges of first-degree murder, sexual exploitation of a minor, surreptitious recording, voyeurism and abandonment or concealment of a body.
The body of 13-year-old Jayden Glomb was found May 11 in the desert about two miles from home, about 12 hours after she was last seen.
A superseding indictment issued June 29 and released Friday alleges Lelevier used hidden cameras to record the girl on the toilet on April 25 and undressing on April 26.
