Neighbor recalls noise before Tucson girl vanished

TUCSON - A neighbor of a 6-year-old girl who went missing from her Tucson home says she heard noises the morning of the child's disappearance.

Alicia Stardevant tells KVOA-TV she heard her dogs barking and male voices outside her bedroom window at about 6:30 a.m. Saturday. She says there were no sounds that indicated a struggle.

Isabel Celis' parents say they last saw her in her bedroom Friday night and they awoke Saturday to find her missing. Police say a window was open with the screen pushed aside.

Police Chief Roberto Villasenor says detectives have the neighbor's statement but it's one piece of a very large puzzle. Investigators have been pursuing hundreds of tips.

In a Facebook post Thursday, Isabel's mother, Rebecca, asked people to continue to pray for her daughter.
