Border Patrol officials say 10 people are still sought after a horse patrol unit following their location discovered bundles of marijuana.
According to a media release, the marijuana was located near Ajo, Ariz. on Sunday afternoon.
The discovery was made after a group of people were seen walking in the desert. Their last-known location was tracked and eight bundles of drugs worth $170,000 were located.
The horse patrol units are used to help agents get to remote and inaccessible areas.
The individuals transporting the bundles have not yet been located.
