In a series of separate incidents June 13 in Nogales, Ariz., U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers seized drugs disguised and tamales and brick pavers.
According to the CBP, officers stopped a 19-year-old Nogales, Ariz. man carrying a bag in which meth was disguised as tamales.
Later that day, officers stopped a man who tried to smuggle 264 pounds of marijuana disguised as brick pavers.
Officers seized the vehicles and drugs and turned the suspects over to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement's Homeland Security Investigations.
