PHOENIX - An Iraqi man is set for arraignment on charges that he detonated a homemade explosive device outside a Social Security building in Casa Grande.
Abdullatif Aldosary is charged with multiple counts of attempted first-degree murder, arson and use of explosives after authorities say he detonated the device in November.
He also is charged with first-degree murder in the Nov. 27, 2012, killing of a man in Maricopa.
He has not yet entered pleas. His arraignment has been set for March 14.
Authorities say they found guns and ammunition hidden in his home while conducting a search after the explosion.
Aldosary isn't allowed to own firearms because of a previous felony conviction.
