Sandy: Soldiers guard Tomb of the Unknown despite storm

Army Guards stood watch at the Tomb of the Unknown in Washington this week despite Hurricane Sandy.

Soldiers were seen enduring heavy winds and rains associated with the storm system.

The tomb was built after World War One to honor the memory of unidentified soldiers killed in the war.

It has been guarded by members of the Third Infantry Honor Guard since 1948.
