KING COUNTY, WA - Rescuers captured dramatic video when a hiker got stuck on a cliff in Washington state on Monday.
The Snohomish helicopter rescue team swooped in to help the hiker stuck above a lake near Snoqualmie Pass and they caught the whole thing on camera.

The hiker was told ground teams from Seattle Mountain Rescue and King County Explorer Search and Rescue were on their way, but it would be several hours before they would reach him.
The hiker was afraid he wouldn’t be able to hold onto the ledge that long, so the helicopter rescue team jumped into action.
The team used the strop extraction technique to rescue him.
There was no word whether the man, who was not identified, had any injuries. It appeared in the video, however, that he was OK.
