FBI releases enhanced photos of suspected child predator, seeks public's assistance

The FBI has released enhanced photos of a suspected child predator and is seeking the public's help in identifying the man.

He is an unknown male, known only as John Doe 28.

An FBI spokesperson said images and video of John Doe 28 were obtained that show sexual exploitation of a child. The images and video were recorded by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children in 2012.

The FBI and NCMEC were able to successfully enhance images depicting John Doe 28 and believe they may hold important clues to identifying the suspect.

John Doe 28 appears to be a white male, possibly in his 30s or 40s. He has a receding hairline and wears wire-framed glasses.

According to an FBI spokesperson, there are no specific details linking the suspect to a particular region of the United States, and both his identity and whereabouts are currently unknown, but they are hoping someone who recognizes the man may come forward.
