Two Dunkin's Donuts employees are social media celebrities after a disgruntled customer posted a video of her own racist tirade.
According to a Yahoo! story , the Florida woman, Taylor Chapman, did not receive a receipt from a previous purchase and demanded a free meal as promised by their store policy.
The eight-minute clip, meant to play out in Chapman's favor, instead, resulted in high-praise of how the employees handled the situation.
"We commend the franchisee's crew member for handling this difficult situation with grace and patience," Michelle King, director, Global Public Relations, Dunkin' Brands, said in a statement to Yahoo!.
An IndieGogo Campaign has been launched in order to raise funds for Abid Adar and Nithi, the two employees who received Chapman's verbal abuse.
