PHOENIX - Arizona State University has made the list as one of the Huffington Post's "Most Interesting Place to go to College."
The unranked list cited ASU's party atmosphere and sports programs as selling points, in addition to its desirable location not too far from popular destinations like Los Angeles and Las Vegas.
The Huffington Post used no real criteria for selecting the schools, and the list is an "entirely subjective" look at colleges that they viewed as interesting in some way. They did note some of ASU's famous alumni such as John Hughes and David Spade.
The list included colleges across the spectrum, from Midwestern public schools to Ivy League universities and small private institutions.
Other universities making the list include University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, University of Iowa, Drake University and Vassar College.
