NAPLES, UT - A Utah woman is accused of trying to set fire to her ex-boyfriend's home with bacon.
The Deseret News reported that Cameo Adawn Crispi, 31, was charged last week with arson in connection with the case.
Police in Naples, Utah were called on March 14 and went to the home of the woman's ex-boyfriend where they found smoke coming out of the front door, with the Crispi "obviously impaired."
"I asked to come in and observed a wood stove left open with a fire burning inside and hot coals on the floor around the stove," the officer wrote, noting that he also found a cookie sheet loaded with a pound of "severely burned bacon" sitting on top of the kitchen stove.
The officer put out the fire and arrested Crispi who had a blood-alcohol content of 0.346, court records stated.
Crispi was charged March 26 with arson, burglary, assault by a prisoner, interfering with an arresting officer, electronic communication harassment and intoxication.
