One of the Australian DJs behind the prank call that ultimately prompted one of Kate Middleton's nurses to commit suicide is allegedly suing her employer.
DJ Mel Greig reportedly filed the complaint with Fair Work Australia, accusing Southern Cross Austereo of failing to provide a safe workplace, according to E! News .
Although Greig has not been on air since the tragedy, she reportedly continues to be an employee of Southern Cross Austereo.
The prank call featured Greig pretending to be Queen Elizabeth II and co-host Michael Christian as Prince Charles in order to gain information about Duchess Middleton's condition.
The pair later issued an apology for the hoax; however, the nurse who divulged Middleton's health condition, Jacintha Saldanha, hanged herself three days later.
